1. Search for a service you need
Once you find a service that you’re interested in, read the service description, check feedback and delivery time (most of the job interview guide services are instant download files).

Consultants (sellers) sign up to interviewjoy.com with a username and buyers will only see this username during transaction. Should you want to remain anonymous, your anonymity is fully protected at InterviewJoy: The buyers will only see your username and will not have access to any other personally identifiable information unless you decide to reveal it yourself.

For new seller applications, we carefully vet the potential seller, checking references and conducting face-to-face or video interviews. Also, the instant download materials the seller uploads to the system are audited for quality, plagiarism and grammar before the service goes live.
What is an “Instant Download” service?
Instant download services are services with a deliverable document that you’ll be able to download right after the purchase. Many job interview support services on our website are instant download services.
Do you provide discounts?
As Interviewjoy, we do not provide any discounts but you can try to send a message to the service provider using the “Request Custom Offer” button or the “Send a Message” button on the service detail page to see if they are able provide discounts.
I am not satisfied with my purchase. What do I need to do?
We’re sad to hear that! Please open a support ticker from interviewjoy.com/support and we’ll be happy to assist. To prevent possible dissatisfaction, we suggest buyers read the service description in detail and review the feedback left by previous customers.
If the service I bought is a phone/video call service, how long will it take me to make the call?
The max delivery time of phone/video services is declared on the service detail page by the sellers. If in doubt, please send a message to the seller for clarification.
Can I get references or my get resume submitted through the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) of a company by the sellers?
To be fair to all candidates, we require sellers not to engage in writing references or submitting the resumes of buyers to companies’ HR systems.
I bought an instant download service a while ago. Do I need to purchase again to get the most up-to-date file?
All instant download services come with free lifetime access to the latest version of the files. Just visit the transaction page of your previous purchase and the file download links will always point to the latest version of the file.
I purchased a video/phone call service but the seller did not reply to my messages in two days. What should I do?
Phone/video call services that have a specified delivery time will automatically get canceled and you’ll be refunded if the seller does not mark it as delivered within that period. You can also open a support ticket from interview.com/support at any time and we’ll be happy to assist and refund your purchase.
Does buying services from your website guarantee a job offer or securing an interview with the company I applied to?
Buying services on interviewjoy does not guarantee that you’ll get an offer in the end and we do not guarantee that you’ll secure an interview with the companies you applied to.

Just pick the appropriate category while creating your service.
Do you recommend instant download services or phone/video services for me to create.
It depends on what you feel like doing. For instant download services, you have to create pdf/excel/words etc. files as you think appropriate. The initial effort will be longer to create a great career support document, but updates will be incremental (if you want to update it) and easier. For video/phone call services, you may have a training plan ready, or depending on your service, it could be a casual phone call.
The main difference is you create an instant download file just once, but you have to spend time for each pf your phone/video calls. That’s also why instant download services are generally lower in price.
The most important thing is, no matter what type of service create, make sure your buyers will love it!
How should I price my service?
